I would start with sugar - cutting that will help with weight, which helps with everything, including BP. At the same time, it's very easy to cut salt (just don't add it when you are cooking; a couple of weeks and you won't be able to stand the stuff, I promise)and add in rather more exercise - just going for walks will help. If you already walk, walk a bit further.
When it comes to Breakfast, ditch the toast, cereal and fruits and load up on eggs instead.
Eggs burn fat, specifically belly fat! Also, studies have concluded that dietary cholestetol does not affect your cholesterol.
I eat eggs and cheese in abundance and I've never had raised cholesterol.

Eggs don't burn fat. You need to grow muscle mass to burn fat and eggs might contribute to that being that they are a protein but so would other proteins. Carbs would also help grow muscle mass because they provide the fuel to the muscles so that they can exercise and thus grow and use more calories
