My son collapsed & ambulanced to hospital. Please explain these readings for me.

That’s a big change. I hope they sort it out soon, it’s terribly unsettling for a parent (not to mention the patient, of course).

My 99y aunt last year discovered she only has one kidney - maybe a gene flaw; am not tested.

Doc says his blood doesnt hold protein. He is quite cheerful tho

Doc claims my son had a heart attack when he was monitored at admittance. Odd, since I showed the readings here & he wasnt in pain when the images were taken.

tambo......I have said on AB many times that within the first day or two of a heart attack, the ECG may well be normal.
If heat attack HAS been diagnosed it will be on blood tests and changes in the pattern of the ECG.

Ok sqad. Any wonder layperson like me get confused. Still no prognosis but he has gained 12kgs.

He phoned @ 5pm in tears, convinced he would die. Dter just back from visiting says he is chatty, joking with nurses & loving attention. Still trying to eat, so I frightened him with threats of intravenus feeds :(

No one has mentioned that the saturation was not accurately measured ( three blue qq)

Losing 50% of body weight is pretty spectac
Grey stools - surely they have said he is malabsorbing but they dont know why ?

sorry - he has lost weight 30kg
and then he gained weight ....12kg ( 2 stone)

I think I am as confused as his doctors .....
