Ie,things to do before you doe,A friend of mine was telling me about hers which included, hearing whales sing, swimming with dolphins, seeing the northern lights and others, I thought, BORING.

I told her hearing whales//sing// isn’t as romantic as it sounds as they snort, grunt and spew litres of phlegm

Swimmingly with dolphins? They’re just gigantic fish so what’s the attraction?

Northern lights? Fly to a freezing expensive country to MAYBE see a light show? To ooh and ahh? What am I 5? I can see fireworks on YouTube anytime I want.

So she asked me mine and I said I would love to swim with sharks, not in a cage but be at the bottom of the sea as they swim above me, I’d also like to do a base jump or skydive.

Lastly I’d love to fly a Hercules aircraft.

What are yours or how many of your bucket list have you ticked off?

I don't have a bucket list...I think its a bit silly TBH....but each to their own

Ditto ^^
Getting my feet on the floor each morning means I'm still here, that will do me.

Dolphins aren't fish.

Hope you get to do yours.
Pedantic point: Dolphins aren't fish!

I've not got a 'bucket list', per se, but (like many others, I'm sure) I've thought about what I'd do if I won the lottery. Getting myself a Private Pilot's Licence is near to the top of that list.
No bucket list. I enjoy the present moment (or not).
From the look of your list you're trying to be off before you reach the end !
I would like to see the Japanese Snow Monkeys. Everything else I have wanted to see, I've seen, fortunately.

For the 1st 2 posters It’s an American phrase coined after the film with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, ie, things to do before you kick the bucket or as I prefer and in layman’s terms, wild out there things I want to do before I die

Americans eh ? Tsk.
See a tornado, northern lights for me too, feel an earthquake, watch a major volcanic eruption, see a five star bore on the Severn, wear a size 16 again, see the huge waves at Nazarre in Portugal, get to 300 on my British bird list. Oh yes and some how win the money to do it cos that's the only way it will happen. I have slept through an earthquake in the uk
I'm a bit worried about doing a bucket list in case I get to the end of it.
don't get your hopes up with the earthquakes, rowan, I've been with people who say "OMG did you feel that?" while I stand there saying "What? What?"
Nothing amazing for me. I've always wanted to go to Australia and New Zealand.

I've done a couple of things I'd really wanted to do: see the Northern Lights and a total solar eclipse.

Yes, Thank you Dear, I know what it is.
do it one of these winters, Cloverjo. Nothing like knowing your neighbours are battling with beasts from the east while you're basking on Bondi.
I would have done it without a thought when I was young, if I'd been able to save up the money.

Now I have OH and we can't agree on whether to get the flight over with in one go or stop halfway for a couple of days.
in my younger days, long flights were no problem. Now they are, so I'd stop in LA or Singapore or some such place. (Or Dubai, but that's not really halfway so it still leaves a longish leg.)
I'd like to be a Klown in the circus.
You'd fall over the big shoes.
I'd love to drive a police car through the town with its blues-and-twos on!
I do have a bucket list.
I will not post it here in case you feel that it is your prerogative to pull it apart, like you did to your ‘friend’
