I'm due to have Anal canal polyp removed under General Anaesthetic , this Wednesday .
I checked my blood pressure earlier today , which was very high - as follows -
SYS DIA PUL
159 108 73
160 98 70
158 100 72
149 92 71
154 105 77
155 98 71
155 100 73
If the readings are showing around the same on day of surgery ; is it likely the operation will still proceed . or is likely to be cancelled ?

30 tablets was prescribed by the Consultant .
I then had a blood test afterwards as instructed by the consultant to check my kidney function , which showed an increase in my kidney filtration rate , compared to the previous reading
I have not taken any since 14 June 2018 , even though my GP instructed me to start it again and then have another test , which i intended to do .
Do you see anything in the foregoing that would alter your advice to take the 50mgms today and 50mgms tomorrow ?
