Immune Boosters For Bronchiecstasis

Been diagnosed, have to watch my immune system now .. Been taking raw garlic,cider vinegar, echinacea.. Any more natural foods which will help build up my immune system please? How long can I take echinacea for, by the way??

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Go easy on the "immune system booster" route as it has very little if any effect on the recurrent infections of bronchiectasis. In my opinion diet plays no part in this condition.
Again...echinacea......no real effect on the immune system and plays no part in the management of bronchiectasis. You can take echinacea for as long as you like, but after a matter of two months, what little effect it has on bronchiectasis disappears for good.
Stop smoking....take exercise and the use of steroids and antibiotics will see you through the next decade at least.
