If she is 52 with medical problems she won't be made homeless. But she probably should get in touch with a doctor and possibly a social worker to help her get settled. Then she can provide a stable home for you to get your life sorted.
The first step towards that might be improving your education. You can't be daft to manage all that time on the run, although you were a bit stupid running in the first place. When this is sorted there are free courses at almost every local college.
Good luck

You can not sort life's issues unless you take a deep breath and decide to confront and tackle them. In your case you have to face the music, get the stress bit over with, then start afresh. You know this is true, you just need someone to convince you that it's the only way to get life back on track. Anything else just prolongs the mess you're in, along with the stress; it doesn't actually solve anything.
"juat for the records he shouldn't of breached me because i do in fact have proof of that as well so why did he breach me don't he like me"
Liking you (or disliking you) is not part of his job. He breached you because under probation service rules, when you are absent from an appointment and there is any doubt whether or not you had good reason for being absent, breach proceedings are taken and it is up to the court to decide whether you had good reason or not.
You need to face these problems as running away from them is simply stupid.
