I was wondering whether you ever hesitate before writing anything on AB? Are there certain things you would post, but certain things you wouldn't?

Just recently I have been tempted to have more of a go when I thought someone was being really unpleasant but then the person concerned always posts that way so nothing I say will make a difference. Mostly I am on here when I am bored so mostly looking to be amused. Probably never going to give good advice.
Theland- I never hesitate writing answers! Just questions. Often I REALLY could do with the advice of the ABers. But there is always one person who seems to deliberately try and make me feel bad for asking the question, and often searches/cross references old questions I may have written! I have been called judgemental; basically given a good old telling off for daring to write a question- which is obviously troubling me or I wouldn't write and ask for advice. I guess it's a risk you have to take!
Being a 74 year old retired prison-warden, with a very reasonable pension plan, living alone at the Queen Elizabeth Retirement Home in Llandudno, I am very, very careful as to what I post on public forums including AB. Some people are not aware of how many personal details they reveal about them selves during during the give-and-take of purely innocent conversations on this site...So be very careful.

yeah certainly
work details are verboten as your boss can legally fire you
sligging off your boss is priddy verboten as well
ridiculing the clients - like referring to them as client-botches !
confessing to crimes before the case is heard (prosecutors have heard of the social media )
and so on
and of course there is a huge pool of people who SHOULD have thought about their posts but er didnt
