Crazy Crying.
66 Answers
I suffer anxiety and depression.
Seen psychologists but not really helped.
Been on Citalopram since 2006.
Started with 60mg, then because of my age, reduced to 40mg and now 20 mg.
Sadly it does not really help.
I really could do with something to stop me over thinking stuff.
Please don't offer sympathy, I already know you sympathise.
I keep breaking down and crying for no reason.
It usually passes after about twenty minutes. Bloody crazy and confusing.
So my question is, should I ask my G.P. For a particular drug?
I used to attend Pathfinders, a self help talking group, and it was great, but the effects did not last, despite being in the company of lovely people.
