my 8yo springer is getting fed up with cheap food i give her (waggs working dog food tax free)
.
17k for a tenner. Or maybe 17lb. I think waggs is a name brand but i guess they put all sorts of stuff in it to keep the price down.
she is otherwise healthy, except a tendency to sleep when nothing is happening.
What brands of dry food do you give that is reasonably priced ?
thanks

My cats seem happy enough with Lidl's own brand products, so perhaps it might be worth trying your dog on them?

Dog Food. Ahhh memories.
My father had a locally famous working dog and our local Butcher was given the contract to supply horse meat for our Bavrian. The Butcher's shop was called McClennans and my elder sister dubbed him 'Mac the knife'
However Mr Mac proclaimed that the fine working dog, a credit to the community, was worthy of better than horse meat and issued a ration of prime Aberdeen Angus.
Being a six year old carnivore with teeth I always lay on the floor at meal time and shared that raw meat with my best pal 'Joe'
