Praetor Willie syndrom at its simplest: a sufferer lacks the "I am full" chemical and will, if left to his/her own devices, literally eat continually. And whats more, eat anything. If you are in the UK I can put you in touch with a relative who is an expert on the condition and runs two residential homes in Sussex. Please let me know if you would like their address.
