Struggling

I am really struggling to eat and drink after my hernia op on Friday.
I obviously don’t have a large appetite anyway but today’s food has been 2/3 of a slice of cheese on toast, 2 wafer thin slices of beef and 2 chicken wings. Which is less than I would normally manage. Is this something I should raise with the GP when I see them for my staples removed?

One week after abdominal surgery......the above isn't bad and plenty of time to recover her appetite, which is small anyway.
No signs or symptoms of obstruction and he weight loss procedure was many many months ago, probably well over a year.
Just my opinion.

Just optimise what you feel like eating, and switch to nibbling as you feel like it. If you use protein shakes make up half at a time at first. Because you have restricted intake anyway it must seem worse for you. Even simple abdominal surgery can cause issues for ages, if protein shakes cause too much bloating try kefir which is fermented and really easy to digest.
