if it's jur a wund it will heal up in due course. My daughter whacked me in the boob once and because im on warfarin, it came up in a lump which i had to have checked at the breast clinic

If the scab is not picked and left to heal naturally then it should be fine. As with any medical worry, if in huge doubt and worry, then simply ask your GP.

A cut on the boob is something that can happen. People get their nipples pierced. I'm sure it will be OK.

More than likely it will be fine, just keep a watch on it though if now scabbed over it's beginning to heal.
