i do not know how to do it.

If, when you get in it is showing - Chrome - version 72.0.3626.121.

Then you are up to date.

Are you defintely using Chrome, henry, as you have asked before how to check which browser you use.
If you have Chrome, open it, click on settings and on About Chrome. It will update it for you if necessary

I find Chrome updates itself when required.

Can't understand why Microsoft would urge people to update a third party app that it doesn't support and is in opposition to them.

If it were IE or Edge, different story.

(on Chrome) and it should automatically update.
