For Two Weeks Now

Ive had a terrible pain in my left buttock, dont larf. It is really sore especially when I walk or sit down. It seems to be on a bone area.
I have not had any injury to it. Any ideas ?

Thank you both I wondered if it could be to do with siatica. I have Naproxen in so I will take those it should help x

I used to find a swimming eased my sciatica to no pain at all.

Sit in a seat with good lumber support. Failing that, roll up a towel and put it behind your lower back when seated.

he said i need a b12 injection every 3 months
no prob now
