Everyone can tell you the diet and exersize work. Here are my tricks:
1) Drink lemon water all day.
2) ABSOLUTELY NO DIET DRINKS and NO WHITE BREAD.
3) If you crave something bad then just eat it cause what you repress will haunt you and you will end up eating more.
4) Snack on bananas, carrots, and celery all day, especially before meal time to curb your appetite.
5) Eat your highest calorie meals earliest in the day as possible.
6) Drink a fiber NATURAL laxative at night (like isabgol).
7) Meditate/Pray with CLOSED EYES before a meal, this will relax you and make you more aware and you will eat more sensibly and less.
8) Make love a lot, or masturbate> Worship your body in the shower. Take time to apply lotion and cremes.
9) Stand up straight, walk with pride, become comfortable and loving in your body. Have respect for yourself. You are holy.
10) Remember ALWAYS that beauty, abudnance, and happiness ARE STATES OF MIND, the are not things you can achieve or find outside of yourself. They are already IN YOU at ALL TIMES, just by feeling it YOU BECOME IT.
