No it's not true. One of the major problems with cancer is that we still don't know why it occurs in some people, and not in other. there may be some stats to prove that women with higher blood pressure have a lower incidence of cnacer, but that's just statistics. in the real world, it seems anyone can get cancer, and there are no hard and fast rules about people who can avoid it.
