As a biochemist and taken many many nutrition classes, yes, calories are taken up by the body before vomiting. Digestion starts in the mouth, once in the stomach starts working fairly quickly, some molecules are taken up there and anything that has gone to your small intestine is all calories (most nutrients/glucose/fats/proteins have been metabolized and are ready to be transported). My advice to you is DON'T DO IT. Haven't you read about old supermodels, they all have terrible stomach problems now!
moviemaster's answer probably gives you all you need, but I also found the following website helpful. www.mamashealth.com . Click to eating disorders and then bulimia.
You can control your weight with a calorie controlled diet. I don't eat chocolate, cakes, crisps or rubbish like that. My weight is perfect now. I can eat chips or some other big meal every night. I found cutting out chocolate, crisps was my big breakthrough on my weight problems. I used to eat chocolate and wonder why I couldn't stay slim even after walking regularly. Please go and see your doctor and get yourself into counselling. You have a low self esteem and a counsellor will be able to find out why you have it.
the calories are taken in before you have chance to vomit about 80% of them i belive.i had bulimia for about 6 years and its a terrible illness if you can stop then please do, theres a great web site that gives fantastic support. if you think your having problems check it out it really helped me its called silentscreams.
