I find a lot of silly things annoying that most people would find trivial.
I get back aches and suffer with stiffness all over these days. I have problems getting up off the floor and my knees crunch rather than click if I even attempt to kneel etc.
The stairs thing definitely. Annoyances: mother-in-law's breathing, BBC pieces to camera where the presenter walks out of shot, estate agents looking at the ceiling like they're receiving signs from god when they walk into a room, having too much time on my hands so able to start lists like this..........
I've always found putting a quilt cover on to be annoying, its now got to be a pain in the neck. As for cutting my toenails, I was thinking of trying yoga classes to improve my chances of success.
I consider middle age to finish at 60 years of age and at then one becomes old age.
After saying that , i know many "old agers" who think, look and act, younger than many "middle agers"......it is a personal thing.
Many middle agers have odd ideas about OAP's particularly concerning sex.....one middle aged ABer feels that sex in one's 80's is some kind of kinky perversion.......but there again.....one has to be an OAP to experience such things.
