Chest pain

For the last few weeks I've been having a really weird pain in my chest-kind of behind my boob. It hurts for afew seconds, then if I breathe deeply or stratch, it stops. It happens afew times a day. Im young and fit, so i really dont think Im having a heart attack! Does anybody else get this? What is it?!

I get a similar sounding pain sometimes. I got my gp to check me out and even though there were no lumps I was referred to a breast clinic at our local hospital. I had an ultrasound and thankfully everything was ok. The consultant did say that excessive caffine intake can cause breast pain and since I cut down I've hardly had any pains at all. Hopefully this will be the case for you but I would urge you to see your gp just to get it checked out. x

Go to your gp, that's what he's there for. Even if it's nothing serious, you'll be keeping him/her in a job.
