I don't have any whisky in the house
I’m probably not the best person to answer, but I will anyway. Have something a bit stronger to get you through the night. Not too much though. A slug of whisky, maybe.
Have that glass of wine then.
Yes.
Do you have paracetamol or ibuprofen at home?
He can't take Ibuprofen. Paracetamol is not a touch on cocodamol.
Cocodamol has paracetamol in it, don't take any more, Jordy. If you have any antibiotics stored, as most people do now, I would be tempted to start them, but not Metronidazole.
Take the ibuprofen
If it will get you through the night till the problem is resolved, it will be fine.

I take a drink with 30/500s.
ummmm just red the original post so ibuprofen cannot help guess paracetamol till the morning then.
Don't take any more paracetamol for a few hours after what you've had.
The problem is, both rivaroxaban and ibuprofen encourage bleeding. And while I am sure Jordy would be fine, if there is a chance he may need a tooth out tomorrow or similar, it is probably better to avoid that.
From the leaflet that comes with Co-codamol tablets:
"Do not drink alcohol while you are taking Co-codamol Tablets.Alcohol may increase the sedative effects of co-codamol and makeyou very sleepy. It can also increase the risk of some side effects"

Jordy wants to sleep, Chris. I wouldn't go overboard on the alcohol, but real life beats Google...
It makes me very sleepy but I suppose that's what Jordy wants for tonight.
Think Jordy is already asleep?
Gordie.
