A bit of a strange question maybe (but there is method behind the madness...)
But, what do other ABers have for breakfast?

Always trying different diets/ways of eating/ 'healthy' eating etc.
Was bought up eating cereal for breakfast but was always hungry a few hours later.
Tried the 'juicing' thing. Shed loads of veg and fruit in a blender thing...Had the shiits.
Tried Fasting (missing breakfast altogether) and eating within a 6hr period....(Keto) too uncomfortable.
Tried various protein (and low carb) based diets...Atkins, Paleo etc but got fed up of eating bacon and eggs for breakfast.
Keep returning to egg on toast for breakfast.

Im not one for food threads but really am interested in how others keep themselves 'full' until dinnertime?
(carb based/protein based)

Sounds good, Bobbi, but the addition of some oatflakes would improve it, unless you don't like them. In England I have sogged oats, in Francebread and cheese with home grown tomatoes.

Whatever I fell like eating.
Eggs, bacon and sausage.
Hash brown and beans.
2 lightly boiled eggs with soldiers.
Sunday....full English.
Scrambled eggs.

Whatever i feel like.
Bobbi, it does fill you up a bit more than just fruit and zero fat yogurt. Maybe sog the oats in milk the night before if it's a bit too chewy.
Porridge, it keeps me full till lunch.

Lots of different flavours available so i never get bored with it.
I find sugar free Alpen muesli, keeps me full up for ages..I probably have 3- 4 ozs, with half fat milk.
My sister recommended oats soaked in milk the night before, then add fruit. Lovely, and certainly keeps you full. Also add some sliced almonds.
Trouble with porridge is havig to wash the pan afterwards.
I don't eat breakfast. Indeed, I hardly ever eat lunch. Even if I get up at, say, 4am and have a very active day, I often can't face food until mid-afternoon. Then I'll probably have just one meal for the day, topped up with some cheese or muesli at suppertime.
Not if you do it in the microwave, you don't.
Usually a smoothie.....avocado, banana and figs with soya milk and some oat flakes is the current favourite.
Sometimes fresh fruit and yogurt and very occasionally a nutty cereal.

Black coffee + 2 x toast with either cheese or an egg on top, don't eat again until dinner @ 1900-2000.
Porridge in winter, bran flakes in summer. Both topped with stewed rhubarb or apple.
Just coffee for me.
Atheist - i buy the Scotts porridge sachets which you just add water or milk to and put in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Tea for me and then have lunch about 12.30. Lunch today was two boiled eggs and toast.
I do like porridge in the winter, but again, won't eat it until after 12.00.
mug tea & biccys to dunk or baked beans on toast for a quick clear out :(
Wholemeal bagel, warmed banana all mashed and lashings of peanut butter.

Hope you're well, mate :-)

Up early for a quick jog, sometimes a swim if time allows, so after that just before I set off to work it's either a couple of weetabix just with milk, or some Alpen.....then off to work...mid morning the girls at the station usually pop out to get us a sausage,egg, or bacon sandwich....and plenty of coffee!. Sometimes a Subway too. That sees me ok until lunchtime, where I usually have pasta or assorted fruit.
