Using A Revivative Circulation Booster
7 Answers
As I have trouble walking, 150 yds on gradients and I have to rest for a minute or two to let my blood circulate, so I have bought a REVIVATIVE circulation booster. They don't include a user guide so can anyone give me an idea of which level, (1-99)'would be best for me. Any help would be appreciated.

One of my clients has one of these, he has used it daily for six months, whilst he is quite happy to carry on using it, he says he doesnt think it has done a thing for him, personally I think it is a gimmick! He uses his on full power every single night. His only goes to 45, but that gives him a fair old kick apparently.
Even on full power it wont hurt you, maybe marginally uncomfortable. also you need to moisturise your feet with a moisturising cream before using it, it wont work properly if your feet are very dry and keep a glass of water with you to keep you hydrated (I dont think its necessary to be honest) I think it auto switches off after 30 minutes.
I’ve got one and is has now been consigned to the cupboard for unused electrical items along with the bread maker, juicer and George Forman grill.
As O_G says, start low and gradually turn it up higher. I did get up to 99 as a challenge to myself - I know you’re not meant to do that - and it wasn’t comfortable.
