It’s been about 2 months now and it’s still not better, I randomly
get sharp pains when moving around and can’t fully move my leg in or out to an extent without pain. When I walk for a certain amount of time my groin goes and my leg feels like jelly and I feel like I can’t walk properly. It will feel stiff too. I do have lower back pain and the feeling of needing to urinate after I’ve been but I’m not sure if it’s related.

I truly can't believe you have to ask! Of course you should. Make an appointment tomorrow.
Your symptoms seem very close to what I was quizzed about during my spinal drama a while back.

The medics were most insistant that if I felt the stuff you describe that I contact them immediately!

Get yourself to the doctor as a matter of urgency, please.
that's what doctors are for. It's usually worth giving aches and pains a week or so to clear up, but anything that goes on longer than that needs to be looked at.
Frost - Don't hesitate to see your doctor and tell him/her all, don't hold anything back.
Sounds to me like muscular or nerve problems but get it checked out please?
