Wednesday. Lots of wet stuff during the night. Stopped now though, but for how long remains to be seen.
A long afternoon in GRH, both arms look like they've been run over. Canulas in both and various substances pumped in. The MRI scan shows a shadow in the right lung. Lots of meds to take on top of the usual lot. I won't need to eat! But I cannot fault the care and treatment given by those lovely and very talented people. When I left I got hugs from two lovely lady doctors and three lovely lady nurses. :o}
No chance of a rest today though, lots of people to go and see.

Have a happy day everyone.

good morning boaty,
i am glad that you finally had your test, and that you were treated kindly, that is what counts.
Morning WBM. Have they given a formal diagnosis? xxx
Good morning Boaty and Emmie.
Glad you are getting the treatment B, and lots of hugs do just as much as the meds, and they're free!
Five hugs!!!

Best I've ever been offered was one jellybean, only because I didn't cry, that was a long time ago though.

As long as they fix you, all is good.

Morning emmie, CG, TL and oz.

No formal diagnosis as yet, I'll probably get that through my GP. I'm not too sure the know what it is. I certainly don't!
You're right TL, the hugs were the best bit of the day! :o}

oz you went to the wrong hospital! :o}

I'll tell you what though, I'm tired this morning!
try and put your feet up if you can, that's a good way to feel better, which i hope you do soon.
Question Author
I'm on a recliner with my feet up now emmie. I want to get the running around done then be lazy for the rest of the day.
try and get some sleep, the best restorative known to man.
Good morning all.
Question Author
Good advice emmie. When I've done all that needs doing I intend to do just that!

I've been told to take it easy for a few days.
you are always so busy, perhaps its time for a wind down for a few days. I find that extra bit of sleep later in the day quite beneficial.
Question Author
You're right emmie. I'm taking a couple of days off and intend to practice some idleitis. On the canal on Saturday.
take it easy my friend, a couple of days of not doing much can work wonders.
Question Author
I'm going to take your advice emmie. It is time I thought about slowing down a bit. But then, thinking about it and doing it ain't the same thing is it!
you have been through the mill, perhaps take it easy for a couple of days and see how you feel then.
have a good day whatever you do, i am running a scan which may take some time, so i bid you good morning and have a bit of downtime.
Question Author
I can't argue with that. When I've done what has to be done then I'm going do as little as possible. Might even have lunch out today.
