Most foyers in business premises have a plaque with their "mission Statement"
These are made up at a high level board meeting, lasting mostly all day.
They usually contain the following amongst other bold claims.
" We are totally dedicated to customer satisfaction"
On the BT home e-mail page, their logo is "Beyond Limits" Now, that is a good trick.
In our local Home Bargains store their is a sign behind the checkouts saying "If there are more than four in the queue we should open another till"
Not we WILL open another till.

actually, more likely at a meeting of middle ranking staff, whose attendance is mandatory. the CEO will usually send out an invitation to get everyone fired up...… and then on the day the "top table" executives find themselves unavoidably called away to a client meeting, leaving the session in the hands of a group of lackeys who have no knowledge of the concept and even less commitment.
