Hi, there is a you are what you eat book that you can buy - I have it, it's very good. What she says about tongue cracks is that a midline crack not reaching the tip can mean a weak stomach and nutrient deficiency. One thing she says to do is to food combine, or take digestive enzymes with your meals.

Teeth marks mean nutrient deficiency and she lists a load of foods that are good for your spleen. Sore tongues mean you should probably be taking B6 or iron supplements.

It's well worth getting the book - I think it was about 13.

Hope this helps! I've got the book in front of me so give me a shout if you want to know anything else!

a lot of the stuff gillian says about people's tongues is not scientifically true though

'Dr' Gillian McKeith is a quack with no accredited scientific qualifications whatsoever.

lol. She does go on a bit and is very annoying. In future I will probably not take any notice.
