How should a person feel if that person has

1. A fatty liver

2. Cyst on the pancreas

my cousin not me - along with having had a heart attack about 3 weeks ago.

Any thoughts on it. Thanks

Fatty liver unless it has reached the decompensation stage won't change how anyone feels. That's why do many people are finding out when a blood test shows abnormal liver function. If it is really severe, tired, and a bit fuzzy headed maybe. That's my area of experience over to Sqad for the rest.

Fatty liver disease.....becoming increasingly more common and is probably now, the commonest cause of liver disease.
Patents may have no symptoms as suggested by rowanwitch, early on patients may feel tired, no energy, loss of weight, loss of appetite but as liver damage increases, then jaundice and extreme weakness,

Pancreatic cysts. May be symptomless and non life threatening or may present with abdominal pain. nausea and vomiting.

Heart attack.......just a guess, but there may well be an association between her fatty liver and generalised atherosclerosis....if she is fat and has high blood pressure.....he/ she needs a change in life style.

I can't give a prognosis as i haven't enough information, but this situation is becoming more common.

ok thanks to Rowan and Sqad. It is just that cousin runs for a good half hour every morning (gym) (63) and is actually gaining weight so I am wondering would it be her medication.

btw - she had the heart attack 3 years ago - not weeks - so she has been running about 2 years to no avail.

like (I'm not too sure Sqad) - blood thinner for the heart and I do think she is on other stuff but I don't know. Will ask her next time I see her. Thanks Sqad
