I bloomin' hope not.... I'd have someone to blame and hunt them down.
Read Stephen King's 'Thinner' - it will scare the pants off you!
I like Stephen King, great author but haven't read 'Thinner' but have seen the TV adaptation.
Yes, blessed and warned against an enemy whose name began with a letter I can't remember. Totally rubbish, I can do better myself!
I do remeber being on holiday in Italy and feeling all Romany
As a cockney, I have, many times, experienced the gypsy's kiss. Generally, in the pub, the exchange with pals is : back in a sec, just off for a gypsy's
No, and no.
Blessed as a child a couple of times - come true?

Possibly but then it might well have done without the blessing.
Way back when you were ok if you bought some "lucky" heather from said gypsy.
My mom was told she would die at 40 by a Gypsy fortune teller. She worried about it, until she’d past that age.
She passed away at 66. That Gypsy caused a lot of stress.

A curse or ill wish is nothing to fear because it tends to rebound on the sender those who have poison in their hearts are to be pitied not feared. As for blessings.
All those who spread kind thoughts and deeds generally become more blessed themselves. Either as kindness is returned, or by knowing inside you did well.
This is true. Many years ago, people who we called gypsies, used to go round knocking on doors selling pegs, dusters etc. A woman knocked on a neighbours door, tried selling the usual stuff and told the lady that she looked like a very lucky person and her luck would increase if she bought some items. The lady told the gypsy that she'd had all the luck she needed thanks, as her two sons had been killed in a road accident, three months previous. For anybody who knows the North Manchester area, that particular accident was at Bowker Vale Bridge.
A blessing for the gypos.
One keeps you talking st the front door whilst the accomplice nips around the back and robs you.
No, and I don’t believe in any of this hocus pocus stuff and if I’ve been cursed.....then back at ya , lol
I used to own an Arts and Crafts shop, the Gypsies used to come in and buy large glass beads ( 10 for £1 but they used to put two in their bag for every one they counted. )
They would stop me on the street, with their 'charms' in a hanky and tell me what would happen if I didn't buy one.
I used to 'politely' remind them where they had bought them from and then tell them to get lost.
Total nonsense, I wouldnt believe a word they say. Just because they chose a different way of life, that does not give them supernatural powers, they will just con you out of your money!!
