Cholesterol Binge Over Christmas, How Long To Go Down To Normal?

I f I have my ususal Christmas excess of all things nice but full of cholesterol how long will it take before it's down to normal? I've got a blood test on 6 Jan and I'd really like it not to be affected by Christmas bingeing.

You make many assumptions here:
The first is that diet has anything to do with blood cholesterol levels.
Secondly that there is a direct link with blood cholesterol levels and cardiovascular disease.
Both above assumptions are controversial.
Have for you the Christmas fare that pleases you.......it will not make a jot of difference.
