Fizzy Tingly Hand

I have neuropathy in the soles of both feet and have had for 10 years now. The last couple of weeks I have started to get it in my right thumb and fingers. I wonder if it could be related to using the mouse/holding my phone ie- repetitive strain? I really hope it's not spreading. Not sure why I have it, but it could be due to high inflammation levels, being overweight or hEDS/auto immune things. Have you had this, and if so how can I get rid of it before it becomes permanent?

Theland are you diabetic or prediabetic?

My daughter aged 51 has this in both feet and her hands. She walks like a person much older and has a problem using her hands for small and fiddly jobs. She is not a diabetic.

Could it be Carpal tunnel Syndrome which basically, squeezes the nerves for your fingers at your wrist (the carpal tunnel).
