There are always people on AB who will help share your problems.
Caran's right. We're a bunch of grumpy so and sos, but there are always someone who has experience in most things someone is going through,
Have you spoken to your Benefits adviser about how these issues are holding you back?

If not, do so - or you'll keep going round in circles.

Try therapy again.

Do you feel that you are fit for work?
Does your GP take you seriously?

To be fair I think I am only fit enough for certain work at moment if get me I know I can do something it’s just believing and getting my aniexty and stress in check gp helped me last time well nurse this time round I feel scared to talk about it
Does your claim commitment take into account your limitations as far as types of work/hours/distance are concerned?
..and why are you scared?
I find that the longer you leave something, the harder it gets to overcome it. Doubts and fears fester inside you like a cancer.

Go to your GP. Explain to them exactly how you feel and let them decide how ill you are. Depression and anxiety are legitimate illnesses, just because you may seem okay, it doesn't make them any less valid. Don't listen to those who may doubt your wellbeing.
