How Do You Work On Your Self Change Things

If you honestly do not Feel like you have the confidence and feel like you don’t have the motivation as your actual just tired . You have like tried things but like other responsibilities had to come first and you can’t seem to do both

I just want to find a way to do it with out getting others involved
I just find myself struggling with certain things that bit more like for example yesterday I cleaned up went to an appointment then went shopping not long after I struggled to carry one bag of shopping 1 bag my son had to carry the most then when got home had other bits to do dinner And washing couldn’t do anymore plus I took ages to do it it’s so stupid because they were simple things and it’s not to much so why struggling especially with the one bag
Metal head, your best bet is to find a really good counsellor. Your medical practice can usually recommend. AB is not the best place to pose your questions because unless we know you personally, we would not be able to help. I can relate to some of your problems myself. I hope you can get some help.
Metalhead Sometimes things get on top of a lot of people and there are many causes, sometimes all linked together. The tiredness could be physical, you may be lacking something - lack of iron (anaemia ) springs to mind-and when you are tired every task becomes a chore and things get overwhelming. This is when depression can set in, a feeling of worthlessness and the inability to cope with things that you would normally find easy. Its seems you may be at this point now. Please visit your GP and explain your feelings. They will probably do a blood test to rule out certain conditions, or to medicate you appropriately, and you may find that once you feel physically fit again the melancholy will diminish. If not then the Gp should be able to arrange talking therapy along with perhaps short term anti-depressant medication.
