^^^^ Actually, I do think that doing something physical is good for everyone. Some get enhancement from team games, some from individual sports - but generally, sport is a good thing.

I note Harry is now considered a B-list celebrity, even while still undertaking his royal duties. No wonder he wants to live overseas.

Why shouldn't celebs have an opinion on something? Nobody is demanding you follow their advice. A fair few on AB also seem to think they're experts on everything.
