It sounds like you may be struggling with your mental health, and these people are making it worse/ causing it. I wish someone told me to do these things ten years ago, i hope you take my advise here.
Cut toxic people (like you have described) out your life. Even if you're left with no one.
Walk for at least an hour a day, ideally in nature (woods, park, beach)
Get a dog if you can look after it well.
nourish your body with good food, but still allow your self some treats.
Listen to radio/ music wherever possible (especially radio 1 on a sunday at 4pm)
focus your energy on something positive you want to achieve ie a sport.
Do not go on social media websites and look at peoples profiles.
google the word narcissist, and know there are many of these types of people in the world. Try your best to avoid them.
