The assurances/actions of the Two Blondes don't seem to have convinced the City - the FTSE today took its greatest tumble so far in the Covid-19 saga.

Restricting travel and the impacts on the economy of closed businesses, transport problems, staff absences, pressure on hospitals, etc is bound to affect the profitability of businesses and the return to shareholders, so is inevitable, but governments, whether led by blonds or baldies or dark haired people, are rightly putting health first and trying to manage the situation to prevent a worldwide pandemic

So, unless you're trying to blame the 'Two Blondes' (rather than DT) for the fall in the Dow Jones, Dax, Hang Seng and S&P indices, as well as in the FTSE ones, your post doesn't seem to have a lot of validity in its content.
