Can I Take My 1 Exercise Outdoors If My Wife Gets Symtoms Of Corona?

I do a daily bike ride, staying well away from anyone. So if my wife shows symptoms of corona virus can I still carry on or do I have to stay in? Looking for official advice really, anything on the internet ?

You move from the social distancing where you can go out into self isolation where you can't, you are in for 14 days sorry.

The NHS Coronavirus guide pages/website says you should self-isolate for 14 days if you live/share a house with someone with symptoms . I'd say bike rides were out.
