I had a lot of garlic last night in a chinese restaurant and am paying the price today.. Does anyone know how I can get rid of the fumes before I am banished from my office!!
It might upset everyone else but just think how healthy your blood will be!! Here's a list of things to chew to neutralize the pong - cardamon seeds, husks and all are supposed to be the first line of defence ( especially effective after a curry) - if not available then parsley.
