Do you believe in good and bad luck?
Rabbits foot, lucky charm, lucky number etc?
Don't walk under a ladder, let a black cat cross your path, remember Apollo 13?
I think I’m lucky with my health , happiness and we don’t struggle money wise, not rich but enough for our needs, a few things I don’t do ,like walking under a ladder and I always like to see more than one magpie but that’s about it
Yes I am very lucky, I have some great friends some I met on here.
I met my husband as a teenager and have been together ever since.
I have a fantastic step family.
So yes I consider myself lucky
This was one of the best books that I have read on 'luck'

(written by a materialist, atheist psychologist....so maybe not your cup of tea) Still a good psychological study of why some people seem to be lucky and why others seem to attract misfortune
As some say. You make your own luck. I have no great expectations either way and take what comes. If I get cancer then it is my bad luck I suppose. If a skilled oncologist and his team cure me then I am lucky to find them. In general I believe God helps them who help themselves.
Do you believe in luck Theland?
Not after a religious debate here, straight forward question.
I dont believe in luck...
''there's nothing good or bad except thinking makes it so''
(Some obscure Shakespear verse, dont know which one...I'm not that lucky) ;-)
I don't win things and I'm not particularly superstitious but I think I'm very lucky in many ways.
I do carry certain small items, not as good luck charms, more reassurance tokens.
