Poor old Tora has had it on his phone for weeks not realising it wasn’t doing anything.
Probably best waiting until it is rolled out nationwide, rather than have an app that only works on the Isle of Wight.

This has been a very botched roll out.
Initially the Government were pleased that 60,000 had downloaded the app. That turned to disappointment when they realised that tens of thousands of those downloads were not on the Isle of Wight, and they didn’t have a critical mass of testers to make the trial conclusive or helpful.
