I Lost My Car Keys Yesterday.

...along with house keys, garage keys, garden gate keys and my Acme Thunderer whistle. Searched high and low in Sainsbury's, Britannia Chemist and car park. We were looking for them for an hour or more.

Finally found them in the ignition of the unlocked car!

I keep my car keys separate from others and only take them when I need them.

Yes, Roopower. I only went down to the car park because the Sainsbury's assistant told me to go and stand by the car, whilst they and Mr T kept searching. I felt such an idiot, although very relieved, when I saw them in the car.

Sounds like. The sort of thing I do. Lol. Lost spare key to door. Son insisted he'd given it to me. Cut a long story short, found it a few mins after he left. It was in one place that I'd already looked! Not looked properly or I'd have found it the first time.

I was at the checkout of my local Co-op in the village and when I came to pay my purse was not in my handbag -I left the shopping behind the counter to get my purse. I looked in the car, drove the three miles back home checked everywhere and was just about to phone the bank to cancel my cards when I went to the shopping bag I'd taken to the co-op and my purse was in the bottom of it. The feeling of relief and annoyance was incredible :-)
