That confirms my assertion that is isn't a sinus infection and that is probably an allergy or more, likely something called vasomotor rhinitis, but if you want t to go down that road it would involve skin and blood tests. I personally would not go down that road.. There was once a nasal spray called Flixonase which would be ideal for the job, but I gather that it...

Nowhere near enough information to give a meaningful reply to your post other than to say that it's not a do us infection.
Is the discharge thick or thin, is it white or coloured?
Could be so many reasons none of which are life threatening.
Question Author
I didn't think it was life threatening, its mucus thin watery and
means I am blowing my nose early on in the day, ten times or more.
its more of an irritant than anything.
some antihistamines make you drowsy, some don't. Loratidine might suit you; chmists should have some.

There was once a nasal spray called Flixonase which would be ideal for the job, but I gather that it has changed its name now, but the pharmacist would know.
it appears to be available (unless the web page is out of date) but says prescription only

I know this is a ‘late’ post, but I had a severe rhinitis/sinus problem which prevented me from breathing through my nose for about two months at the beginning of this year....After two courses of antibiotics which I was reluctant to take- I was given Beconase nasal inhaler which is a steroid but worked a treat. One side effect is that it causes in my case some capilliary bleeding, but I am continuing to use this as a good remedy.
Having a stuffy or runny nose can be frustrating, and your nose getting chafed from blowing it can be even more so. There are some techniques to help you blow your nose and soothe the soreness.
Whether your nose is stuffed up or runny, blowing your nose can provide relief. Before you blow, it may be helpful to prepare yourself by stocking up on disposable tissues instead of washable handkerchiefs, as used ‘hankies’ bundled up in your pocket can provide a breeding ground for bacteria.

start by taking a deep breath through your mouth to ensure you have enough oxygen and close your eyes for added comfort. Keeping your mouth slightly open also helps when you’re ready to let loose to help prevent damage to your eardrums. Blow out brief, gentle puffs to spare your nostrils, Eustachian tubes (part of your middle ear), and ear drums. After all’s been cleared, wipe your nose to get rid of any rogue boogers. If you try this and your nose-blowing experience still isn’t as smooth as you’d like, you might try blocking one nostril while blowing out the other, to help clear them slowly and gently. For extra stubborn mucus, try inhaling steam from a shower or bowl of hot water to help loosen any tough clogs.

there are a few things you might try to help soothe a sore nose:
● Go easy: Try blowing and wiping your nose gently. Aggressively rubbing your nose with a tissue causes unwanted friction and soreness. Instead, use a blotting motion to go easier on your skin.
● Hydrate: Consider drinking enough fluids and using a vaporizer or humidifier to keep your nose from drying out and becoming irritated. Well-known brands such as Dyson, Keecoon[if you want large capacity], Panasonic, etc.
● Moisturize: Similar to hydration, plain creams or lotions may help the skin on your nose stay moist and greatly reduce any discomfort you feel.
● Clean carefully: By using warm water and a gentle cleanser, you may keep your nose clean and prevent any crust from building up around your nose. Try to stay away from very hot water, exfoliants, or harsh soaps, as they sometimes remove necessary natural and moisturizing oils from the skin.

Wish you best!!!
