What And How Much Should I Be Eating?
10 Answers
so, i'm trying to take a couple inches of my waist and i'm working out properly and almost every day but i'm wondering how i should be eating. since i decided to slim down a bit, i've been limiting my food intake by making my portions a lot smaller and ignoring my hunger. i realize that this is probably unhealthy behavior and i'm trying to catch it before it evolves into something more serious but i am also desperately trying to create my ideal body. i want to be eating more and/or doing what is most healthy but i just don't know how to do that while also making progress... any advice?

If your serious about it and you say you are, buy some Alli tablets. Not cheap but very useful and were only available on prescription at one time in this country. One other thing to do is cut down on sugar. If you have it in drinks, then stop using it. Keep a tube of wine gums on you or something similar and have just one when you feel a bit hungry. No harm done by that. And take plenty of liquids, not necessarily water, but something that you like, perhaps. Just a few things I did when I lost 56lbs. I also got real satisfaction out buying smaller sized clothes, so ther's something to aim for. Go for it!
Please focus on food, and the quality of what you eat...NOT on tablets, or eating so little your are hungry all the time. You can use phone apps like My Fitness Pal that help you record and track your food intake on a daily basis. Try not to think in terms of an ideal body as we are all different.
I always suggest getting rid of starchy carbs, and all sugar. Base your meals around meat, poultry, fish, eggs, etc, with lots of leafy green veg. Eat some berries if you want something sweet.
