Ok, I know I post lots of daft stuff but this is serious and I really need your lovely people advice.
So, I may or may not have mentioned that I have had this awful pain in my right leg for weeks and weeks, if not months now. I can only describe it as a deep, internal pain, going from hip, through thigh all way down to knee. Leg looks fine, doesn’t hurt to touch whatsoever, but like I said it’s an ‘internal throbbing pain’ to the point that I almost feel sick- I can’t cope with it much longer. I haven’t fallen, tripped, I’m not over weight - far from it. I’ve not done anything at all. Yes I’ve rang my doctor, but due to Covid appointments are a no no - everything is a ‘telephone consultation’. He just gave me these daft exercises to do daily, which I’ve done but haven’t made any difference at all.
I’m pretty good with pain but I’m honestly struggling now - it’s just this deep throbbing pulsating pain and I just don’t know what to do. Pls any suggestions as to what it might be would be very very appreciated right now x

Smow, that sounds exactly what I have been going through since April. As Jenny has said, Sciatica, mine was caused by the sciatic nerve being trapped in my buttock. I contacted physio as soon as they opened, started with exercises to gently stretch the muscles in the leg and back. Then had 3 appointments for manipulation, where he really stretched my muscles massaged the point in my buttock, where he could feel the knot, with his thumbs. I warn you the treatment is excruciating, but the leg is now bearable and have to carry on doing the exercises daily until it clears up.
So there is hope but find yourself a good physio,
