Back Pain.

Last night I bent down to put two plants into stone pots.
(Unusual for me, I'm not a gardener).
My back clicked and I've been in pain all day, from the centre of my back, shooting down to my groin.
Just can't get comfortable.
Taken Zapain to take the edge off.
Just had to moan about it.
