My New Iphone 11 Won’t Run Nhs Covid App

When I set the new phone up I mirrored my old iPhone 6 and the app was there.
But when I try to open the app it says “unfortunately you can’t run this app. This could be due to a restriction in your settings (for example if this is a company phone) or another app on your phone is using the same technology and stopping this app from working”
It’s not a company phone and I have only copied the same data and apps from my old phone. I can’t see how to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Does anyone have any suggestions please.

That sounds like the same problem that's affecting the iPhone 12.

for your new iPhone 11 won't run the app, you could try to force restart your device to see if the app is available. If not, you could use related iPhone repair tools such as TunesKit iOS System Recovery to fix without data loss.
