can someone advise if they have taken this medicine for pain relief, if it was
helpful.
I have been prescribed it and will see how it goes, but am cautious as to it's
efficiency. does it interact with other meds. and do you need to take omeprazole with it.

Just terrible insomnia lately. Driving me nuts lol. Have come downstairs as my fidgeting is disturbing Mr Smow lol...

i have got up again for the loo, but have thrown in the towel on tossing and turning.

Em...I sleep better when he's not in bed with me. It makes me more aware of tossing and turning because I don't want to disturb him. He gets up for work at 5:30.

i have succumbed and taken ibuprofen and paracetamol which i bought a few months back, see if they have any effect, will continue to take them now

Because I don't sleep very well :-) The only time I've slept well is when the kids were little. It's got worse lately. OH thinks it's empty nest syndrome. Always in the back of my mind worrying about them.

I have my nephew here though. I just mother him instead :-)

We have heating engineers due in today and can’t give a time so could be anything from 8am to 5pm!!

I'm so lucky with my job. My boss is my cousin, who lived with me and the kids for years so he knows first hand anything I ever have to deal with....and accommodates me.

that's good ummmm, i don't work now, haven't for some years, but when i did i was always stressed, too much to do and too little time.
little did i realise then that it really doesn't matter. no one is indispensable.

i now have resorted to cup a soup for my sins, its early but need something to drown my sorrows and it's too early for wine.
