likely be before i feel better. Most definitely have a bad cold, flu, and am feeling fairly crocked.
how long do these things last. My last episode was years and years ago, and remember feeling unwell for what seemed a lifetime.
any suggestions what else to take as the ibuprofen and paracetamol aren't touching the sides.

Hi emmie - sorry you're still under the weather and hope you begin to pick up soon. There is a show on TV at the moment starring Bradley Whitford (Josh Lyman) which you might want to watch. Its called Perfect Harmony and he plays an Ivy League music professor who stumbles across a rural church choir who need him as much as he needs them. Its a comedy. Not watched any yet but have recorded episode 1 and 2 and episode 3 is on Sunday night on Fox channel at 22.30hrs. Might be worth giving it a try. He looks so different with white hair and glasses which just reminds me that we're all getting older. Take care.
