My thoughts go out to those tens of thousands in the pleasure industry people that give stress and emotional relief........the sex workers. Sympathy and understanding have been shown to the leisure industry and small businesses but no mentioning of help to the sex workers, when were they considered for a good furloughing?
Brothels, massage parlours, Escort agencies all struggling to "make ends meet" and bored husbands, lovers, mistresses isolated and unable to cope with the mental anguish of being without their real joi de vie.
These wonderful angels lying on their backs for this period of personal isolation, unfullfilled financially and emotionally.
Please a thought for the sex workers in these troubled times.

I wouldn't mind betting that the sales of sex dolls has gone through the roof, sqad. And that may impact on any future earning for these 'wonderful angels' should their regular clients become too attached (ahem) to 'Meaghan' - 'Sexy Body' or 'Alison' - 'Tall and Busty'. And, before you ask, i Googled:-/

I hope your tongue is planted firmly in your cheek here Sqad;0)
( I feel a rude answer coming on now haha )
"...all struggling to "make ends meet"..."

Thank you for that thought, Sqad ;)
And for some sex workers relief from abuse, degradation and violence from their pimps and clients.
i feel sorry for those trafficked into this squalid life style
one hopes this is made in jest, but i fear not
Nice one Sqad, made me laugh.
Seriously so do I , mainly young Eastern European's who are promised jobs by unscrupulous Pimps who then control their every move , get rid of the Pimps and look after the girls
Could they not open 'Go Fund me' pages? I'm sure regular clients would be happy to contribute. Or perhaps slightly discounted vouchers. That would be a win-win situation.
I know that this is in chatterbank therefore you are not after a serious answer but are you keen on helping and funding other illegal practices?
Prostitution is not illegal, Martin
Sqad, you have my admiration. You're all heart. :o)

Martin.
I am cognisant of the mental suffering of the "clients" of these sex workers having to be isolated and enclosed with someone for which they have little or no interest.
The loss of earnings by sex workers need to be recognised.
Despite any tongue in cheek aspect, you make a good point. Self employed folk opt to take that risk and now the poor individuals you refer to have only cam access via the web to offer. I'm sure you could help them out though, Sqad.

(Does it depend on the tier though, can you just use a mask if in a low tier ?)
Sqad so heartfelt. Are you doing your best to help them out?
Those in the sex industry that are properly employed and furloughed should be getting some income as should the self employed who declare their income.
Otherwise, they will be getting unemployment benefits that you, me and most other adults fund.

Many sex workers are still working and have done throughout lockdown.

The only tiers that are of importance are the tears that fall down the cheeks of lovers as they see each other on vodeolink.
It can be gut wrenching ,to see but not to touch.

Just as long as it's a gimp mask :-)
