There are such things as growth hormone but I doubt anyone would prescribe a course of them. Best thing you can do is accept yourself. Doing so gives you a healthy mental attitude and makes life so much better.
You are well within normal range for a female, at 17 it is unlikely you will get any taller there are far more important things to worry about. If you are healthy and fit working on your core and posture will make sure you make the most of every inch
Oh, and I have heard about treatments where legs are broken, pulled slightly apart, and bone grows across the gap; done time and time again ! But again, I can't see that being prescribed for a normal healthy individual.
That kind of late spurt is rarer in girls. The treatment involving breaking bones and using a screw to lengthen them as they grow back was used on Lionel Messi, only available where the person would be expected to be abnormally short and have trouble in later life. Done when they are still relatively young.
Accept yourself as you are and as you will be at 20. Yearning to be something you are not leads to sadness....celebrate being you just as you are and will be.
