Jock itch. An anti-fungal cream should soon get it sorted. If you're under 60, you can get 1% clotrimazole cream (e.g. Canesten) over the counter in any pharmacy. If you're older, you'll need a GP's prescription for an alternative anti-fungal cream (possibly 1% hydrocortisone / 2% miconazole), which you can probably get over the phone.
Don't bother with antifungal creams as no rash means no infection, fungal or otherwise.
Shower regularly, change your boxer shorts regularly and use a Spanish equivalent of E 45 (can't remember what that is, but the pharmacia will help)
Sure that you or your other half have no discharge, vaginally or penile? If either of you have then see your GP.
Good luck
